If you are an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university and can commit to sponsoring the REAP Modules on an ongoing basis you could be the first in your country to bring the CRS REAP course to your valued agents and/or members.
The Council of Residential Specialists is looking for educational partners to sponsor and administrate the REAP course internationally. As a sponsor you will:
- Have the ability to choose the instructor(s) you wish to have trained
- Pay that instructor(s) directly
- Set student fees/tuition for the course
- Choose the dates to present the course and as many times in a year as you like*
The REAP modules have been designed for ease of presenting; the 4 modules can be scheduled on 4 consecutive days or individually scheduled to meet the needs and convenience of your audience.
*At a minimum all four REAP modules must be presented within one calendar year.
Become a CRS - REAP Instructor
Real Estate Advanced Practices: Systems and strategies are the foundation for building a successful real estate business anywhere in the world. This four-part classroom course identifies the successful systems and strategies used in the United States and how these concepts have universal applications in any real estate market.
This new course will be taught in countries outside the United States by instructors who satisfy the following minimum requirements and are sponsored by an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university.
To become a certified “CRS – REAP Instructor”:
A. Must be fluent in English
B. Complete both CRS online courses:
- Creating Value for Your Clients
- Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients
C. Attendance and completion of REAP’s International Train the Trainer program
D. Instructor must be sponsored/recommended by an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university
E. Must have past teaching experience
F. Knowledge of the local marketplace where the course will take place
G. Must be a member of the Council of Residential Specialists
