REAP International Train the Trainer 2011

The REAP International Train the Trainer program is an intensive five-day session open to experienced instructors who meet the minimum requirements to become a CRS Certified REAP Instructor. This program is designed to introduce potential instructors to the systems and strategies presented in this course so the instructor may go back to his/her country and teach the course locally. Class size is limited to ensure a quality experience for attendees.

You must satisfy the following minimum requirements and must be sponsored by an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university.

To become a certified CRS Certified REAP Instructor:

A. Must be fluent in English

B. Complete both CRS online courses:

• Creating Value for Your Clients
• Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients

C. Attendance and completion of REAP’s International Train the Trainer program

D. Instructor must be sponsored/recommended by an established entity such as an association, real estate company or allied industry entity, educational foundation or university

Sponsor and Instructor Affidavit must be returned with registration.  Registrations without the affidavits will not be considered. Click here for the Affidavit

E. Must have past teaching experience

F. Knowledge of the local marketplace where the course will take place

G. Must be a member of the Council of Residential Specialists

REAP International Train the Trainer program information:

When:    Feb. 16 – 20, 2011
Where:   The Peabody Orlando in Orlando, Florida – convenient to the Orlando International Airport.

Registration Fee:    Registration is $395.00 USD.   Instructor candidates are responsible for their airfare, hotel and personal expenses. 

A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the The Peabody Orlando at $159.00 USD plus 13.50 percent tax a night for either a single or double bed room.
