WORLDWIDE EDUCATION
For over thirty years CRS has been developing real estate training that helps REALTORS® achieve the next level of success by providing solutions for a changing marketplace. CRS Courses have been successful in several foreign countries such as Canada, Mexico, South Africa and China. Since international outreach is an important focus for CRS and the demand for CRS education has increased worldwide; CRS designed a course specifically for international markets.
Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) is the newest CRS Course created for real estate professionals operating outside of the United States. Each REAP Module (A, B, C or D) completed will earn 1 unit of Core credit towards the CRS Designation.
The REAP CRS Course includes content that:
- Transcends borders or local customs by focusing on universal sales concepts
- Provides systems and sales strategies used by top producing real estate agents in the United States
- Is broken into four one-day modules that may be taught separately or in combination
The Council also offers two CRS eLearning online courses for international students wanting to earn the CRS Designation. Each CRS eLearning online course completed will earn 1 unit of Core credit or 1 unit of Elective credit towards the CRS Designation.
